I've been the only designer on a product, so I'm used to owning the whole thing: finding what's actually broken, talking to the people who use it daily, writing the specs, and staying with a feature until it ships.

Product designer | Nomi - B2B financial management SaaS *Web app for Ukrainian businesses to manage their money — from solo founders to full finance teams. Sole designer on the product.
1 year 2 month (Jul 2025 - Aug 2026)*
- Ran a UX audit of the core product and turned the findings into a prioritized roadmap the team shipped against.
- Rebuilt onboarding across two iterations, driven by user interviews and PostHog funnels. Trial-to-paid conversion moved from a 2.3% baseline to a peak of 8.4%, and the share of users who never activated dropped from 43–50% to 22–34%.
- Redesigned the navigation and rebuilt the menu to scale with the product instead of breaking under it. Users can hide items they don't need, reorder them, change icons, and add their own entries built on saved filters — so a solo founder and a finance team both get a menu that fits how they work.
- Designed features end to end — problem framing, flows, UI, specs — and stayed with them through dev and release.
- Rebuilt the design system on tokens and variables, which cut handoff time and kept things consistent as the product grew.
- Documented flows and design decisions so the team stopped rediscovering the same context every sprint.

2 ****months **(Mar - Apr 2025)
- Owned the project from concept to delivery: ran stakeholder workshops to pull out real requirements, analyzed competitors, set the visual direction.
- Built a scalable UI kit and 50+ desktop screens in two months — structured so the client's team could extend it without me.
Product designer | VanOnGo - AI-powered Startup in Delivery segment AI-powered delivery platform with three connected surfaces: an admin panel for dispatchers, a driver mobile app, and a tracking link for end customers.
10 ****months **(Dec 2023 - Oct 2024)
- Designed the AI route allocation tool in the Admin Panel — the hardest problem on the product. The logic lived under the hood, so operators had to dig for basic answers. I rebuilt it as a kanban board: routes grouped by state — planned, created, failed — with generation conditions set right in the interface. Built from working sessions with the operators, then specced for devs.
- Redesigned the Client Tracking link end to end, so customers could answer "where is my order" without calling support.
- Ran 7 in-depth interviews with drivers and dispatchers. The findings became a CJM and backlog items.
- Designed the driver app around what actually happens on the road: bad signal, one hand free, no time to read.
- Built the design system across all three platforms, then rebuilt it for the first white-label partner and documented which layers change per client. Sales started using the same approach in pitches — brand-matched tracking links that showed each prospect their own product — and closed three enterprise contracts with it.

- Learned to move fast, defend decisions in front of the person paying for them, and ship without a product team behind me.
